Return Policy for SNL Outlet, LLC:
At SNL Outlet, LLC, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. All sales are final, with the exception of a store credit applied in the event of an error made by our team in properly fulfilling an order. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise from us, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and will gladly assist you in resolving the issue with a replacement order or store credit. Only store credit will be issued.
Return Eligibility:
- Merchandise must be damaged or defective upon arrival.
- An order fulfillment error was made by our team.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The original packaging and tags must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Return Process:
- Contact our Customer Service team at support@snloutlet.com to report the issue and initiate the return process.
- Provide details about the damage or defect, along with supporting evidence such as photographs if requested.
- Our Customer Service team will assess your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Return Shipping:
- SNL Outlet, LLC will provide a pre-paid return shipping label for eligible returns due to damaged or defective merchandise.
- Follow the instructions provided with the RA number to ensure the return package is properly shipped back to us.
Refund Method:
- SNL Outlet, LLC only offers store credit for returns of damaged or defective merchandise.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), store credit will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days.
Exceptions:
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
- Final sale or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
